We are looking for a Senior Contracts Manager in Dublin.  As the Senior Contracts Manager you will oversee the pre- and post-contract requirements for a major infrastructure portfolio, ensuring compliance with framework agreements and work orders. This role involves close collaboration with procurement and legal teams during pre-contract phases and managing contract administration throughout project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support programme directors in engaging contractors and consultants in line with procurement strategies and procedures.
  • Administer work orders from award through completion, including takeover of works and final assessment.
  • Review and approve subcontractor documentation and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Monitor contractor and consultant performance against agreed KPIs and assist in dispute resolution when necessary.
  • Align with contract management standards and ensure compliance with selected contract suites (e.g., NEC).
  • Report on areas of non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead contractual negotiations and provide guidance to project managers and programme directors.
  • Review draft contracts for suitability and coordinate inputs from legal, technical, and financial advisors.
  • Calculate delay damages when required.
  • Develop and approve contract management strategies at programme and individual contract levels.
  • Set KPI targets within incentive schedules and review contractor performance.
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in contract/cost management and administration, with at least 7 years working with NEC contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of contractor and consultant performance monitoring.
  • Significant experience in claims management and dispute resolution.
  • Proven ability to establish performance management frameworks and KPI libraries.
  • Expertise in administering NEC suite of contracts.
  • Experience in developing and implementing contract management strategies
