Working with a construction consultancy actively operating and investing in Data Centre, Infrastructure, Commercial, Energy, Nuclear clients and projects, among others.

Looking to strengthen the Data Centre Cost Management team with an experienced Senior Cost Manager or Associate with proven Data Centre experience, in London.

Due to our continued growth and expansion across Europe.

The role will suit someone who has previously worked on Hyperscale Data Centre within a consultancy environment. The role offers an excellent platform to progress, with a very supportive and robust career development structure, while working across various projects and client accounts in the UK and Europe. There may be the opportunity to travel within this role.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive proactive approach to the role, and will be committed to delivering customer service excellence, with good commercial results.

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline.
• Strong technical delivery experience.
• Experience in Data Centre essential.
• MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body preferred.
• Ability to successfully manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner.
• Strong Pre and Post contract experience.
• Client facing, ensuring a high standard of technical delivery.
• Able to build long-term relationships.
• Previously employed by a consultancy.
• Stakeholder management with a clear focus on developing client accounts.
• A track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines.
• A team player, outgoing, flexible, and career focused.
