Job Requirement:

Conduct design reviews with practical site execution practices. This role evaluates construction feasibility, identifies potential issues early, and collaborates with engineering and construction teams to optimise buildability, safety, and efficiency.

Role Accountabilities:

• Review engineering designs and specifications for constructability and site feasibility.

• Provide technical input during planning, design, and execution phases.

• Identify and mitigate construction risks and constraints before field implementation.

• Liaise with designers, contractors, and site teams to resolve constructability challenges.

• Recommend design modifications to improve safety, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Support development of construction methodologies and sequencing plans.

• Document constructability reviews and maintain issue logs.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations and project requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience on mining projects, preferably in infrastructure or large-scale projects.

• 10+ years’ experience in a Project Engineer position within the resources industry
