About the role

TRS Staffing is currently searching for a Senior/Lead Contracts Specialist to join our esteemed clients team based in Adelaide. This position is based on a Monday to Friday full-time roster. 

Duties and responsibilities

• Lead hands‑on delivery of medium to large contracts and project packages

• Prepare, write, and review contractual and commercial documentation

• Manage tender and bid processes from start to finish

• Work closely with Engineers and Project teams to prepare accurate documentation

• Develop and implement contract and negotiation strategies

• Manage budgets, variations, claims, and contract risk directly

• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements

• Support client engagement and commercial negotiations as required

Skills and experience required

• 10+ years’ experience managing contracts on large EPC or infrastructure projects

• Strong ability to write clear, structured commercial and contractual documents

• Proven experience managing tenders, bids, and proposals

• Solid understanding of commercial, legal, and compliance requirements

• Experience working closely with engineering and delivery teams

• Strong communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills
