Senior Foreman

TRS Staffing is currently seeking a Senior Foreman, Mill Operations for a dynamic international mining company headquartered in Vancouver. This role requires relocation in BC. The role includes being responsible for the execution and reinforcement of health and safety programs, ensuring environmental compliance with all permit and reporting requirements, review SOPs and complete all reports and investigations, as well as inform, motivate, coach and manage crews to achieve and sustain optimal capacity and improve processes.

Qualifications:

⦁ 10+ years of supervision experience, with 5+ years in mining / grinding / flotation
⦁ Experience in Collective Bargaining Agreement environment
⦁ Working knowledge of Health, Safety and Reclamation Code for mines in BC and regulatory framework is an asset
⦁ Strong knowledge of milling equipment.
⦁ Valid driver's license
