Senior Municipal Engineer

Our client, a leading Engineering Consultancy with projects throughout Canada, is seeking a Municipal Engineer to join their team in Victoria, BC. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within land development and municipal projects.

Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for using their expertise and strong connections to lead and develop an established engineering team. Their responsibilities will include identifying and engaging in new business development opportunities; handling municipal engineering projects from proposal through completion; as well as providing design support to meet client approval.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related education
- 10+ years of experience in municipal engineering
- Must have previous experience in both a leadership and technical capacity
- Experience with AutoCAD and Civil3D is an asset
- P.Eng designation is a must
- Outstanding communication skills– written and verbal
