Position: Senior Programming and scheduling expert
Experience: 10-15 Years
Qualification: M.Tech in Civil Engineering / Construction Management
Location: Dhubri, Assam

The Client is a leading global infrastructure and engineering consultancy organization providing professional services across the project lifecycle, including advisory, planning, design, engineering, program management, and construction management. The organization has extensive experience in delivering complex infrastructure projects across transportation, highways, urban development, water, energy, and environmental sectors. Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), baseline schedules, and resource-loaded programs.
  • Monitor project progress and analyze schedule variances against approved baselines.
  • Identify critical path activities and recommend corrective actions to mitigate delays.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports and management dashboards.
  • Conduct delay analysis, recovery planning, and extension of time (EOT) assessments.
  • Coordinate with project managers, design teams, contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
  • Monitor resource utilization and productivity trends.
  • Support project cost control and earned value management (EVM) processes.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, project milestones, and reporting standards.

Technical Skills:
  • Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Strong understanding of CPM scheduling, project controls, EVM, and delay analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and project reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of NHAI, MoRTH, IRC standards, and highway construction methodologies.
Qualification and Educational Requirements:
  • Mandatory: M.Tech in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Transportation Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.
  • Primavera P6 certification and other relevant project management certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 10+ years of post-qualification experience in planning, scheduling, project controls, monitoring, and reporting for infrastructure projects.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Roads, Highways, Expressways, and related transportation infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in NHAI, MoRTH, EPC, HAM, BOT, or PPP projects is desirable.
