£65,000 - £75,000 Per Annum
TRS are working with a world- class infrastructure provider that work on a number of the UK and Europe’s largest construction projects. They are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a Permanent basis.
About you
- Experience working as a Quantity surveyor within the Utilities and commercial sectors.
- Extensive knowledge of commercial Practice and contract law.
- Strong commercial management and attention to detail.
In this position, you will be responsible for a variety task which include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
- Regularly reporting and forecasting projects accurately to be presented to senior stakeholders.
- Managing and mentoring a team of Intermediate and Junior Quantity Surveyors.
- Ensuring cashflow is maintained as well as managing and reviewing risks and opportunities.
