Senior Quantity Surveyor

TRS Middle East is working with a leading construction company in KSA for a mega project and are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their project team in the Sharma area.

About the role:

You will be responsible for managing the viability and costs of multiple infrastructure and commercial developments across the site, to enhance revenue and profit through careful negotiation and value engineering strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Meeting with clients to discuss project requirements
2. Undertaking feasibility studies, site surveys and estimations
3. Preparing contract documents and tenders
4. Identifying commercial risks and developing appropriate responses
5. Allocating and monitoring the work of subcontractors
6. Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget
7. Analysing project outcomes and creating detailed financial reports
8. Maximising potential project income at all times
9. Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, sustainability, quality and other statutory requirements

Key Essentials:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
2. At least 10 years of experience in construction with relevant projects.
3. Experience in the infrastructure projects.
