Senior Quantity Surveyor

Are you a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge?
On behalf of a leading international infrastructure provider, I'm excited to share a fantastic opportunity for highly motivated individuals to join their dynamic Commercial Team. This role is on a new Data Centre Construction project in London.

In this role, you will:
- Manage and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors and Assistant QS professionals.
- Develop strong client relationships and manage high-volume variation accounts.
- Analyze and price claims, including EOT, Delay & Disruption.
- Review and optimize applications for payment to maximize cash flow.
- Identify project margin improvement opportunities and manage risk.
- Expand the company's supply chain within the assigned region.
- Evaluate subcontractor bids and advise on suitability.
- Oversee subcontractor management and reporting.
- Prepare CVR reports for directors and senior management.
- Track and report against key performance indicators.

To be successful, you will ideally have:
- 5-10 years of commercial experience in Quantity Surveying.
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar qualification.
- Experience with NEC, FIDIC or VOB contract forms.
- Background in civil engineering contracting or subcontracting.
- Knowledge of the data centre market and design & build experience (a plus).
