In this role, you will be responsible for:
- The overall administration and supervision of the MRO production planning section to achieve the set objectives.
- Guide and advises planning coordinators and plans successful and timely development, controlling Ship/Rig repair projects schedules and performance tracking system.
- Support bids through effective planning, scheduling, and coordination across functional teams.
- The role focuses on maintaining planning accuracy, aligning resources, projects performance tracking system and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
- The planner plays a key role as a central hub for information flow and progress reporting across projects by driving project milestones, minimizing delays, and supporting efficient project close-out.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) Certificate preferable (but not essential).
- Excellent knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Office Package or Equivalent.
- Minimum 9 - 12 years (preferable similar industry or equivalent). At least 5 years’ experience in senior planning role.
