Responsibilities:
- Designing, integrating, verifying, validating and managing complex systems throughout their lifecycles.
- Thinking principles to manage design activities and utilise knowledge of system performance to influence better outcomes
- Integrating technical, managerial and business perspectives to reduce risk in project execution and engineering design
- Developing integrated solutions using products and service components to address customer needs. These components may be specialised for specific applications.
- Have a Master's in Engineering, ideally in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- Have at least 10 additional years of experience in an engineering capacity.
- Be able to effectively communicate and have a growth mindset.
- Have a proven track record of collaboration in multi-functional teams, with project management skills as well as be Green Belt certified.
- Have deep knowledge of turbomachinery and their application in field.
- Have knowledge of Aero Derivative engines
