A global leader in the energy and metallurgy industries, is looking for a Site Planner to join their Power Technologies team in Turek, Poland. Our client is committed to innovation and sustainability, investing in advanced technologies and fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

Role: Site Planner
Location: Turek, Poland 

As a Site Planner you will be responsible for creating, maintaining and reviewing the schedule of work, mapping out site construction durations and resources. Proactively identifying risks that might derail a project and producing progress reports with the collaboration of the PM team.

Your role will encompass:
  • Create, maintain, update, monitor, review and administer construction schedules and plans to ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Work very closely with the Project Team and the construction site team to discuss the progress of the project, gather the input data in order to update the project schedule and address any issues that arise.
  • Producing progress reports, with the collaboration of the PM team, providing forecasts for team members, clients, and stakeholders as directed by the Project Manager.
  • Estimate, plan, and give feedback to organize resources.
  • Baseline project programs ensure the critical path works are on schedule.
What you bring to the role:
  • University or Technical Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering
  • At least 3 years in a similar position.
  • Excellent IT skills and relevant knowledge of Planning software including MS Project (at least Level 3) and Primavera P6
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced use of Mircosoft office
  • Excellent use of English Language
  • Time management
  • Problem-solving
  • Organizational skills
  • Critical thinking
