Job Responsibilities:
1. Project Funding and Debt Arrangement.
2. Exposure to international markets by way of ECBs, Green Bond financing will be preferred.
3. Financial Modelling and Analysis
4. Facilitate Financial Due Diligence – as required by Banks from time to time.
5. Project Funding Closures and Loan Disbursement.
6. Loan Documentation and Manage Related approvals for Project Clearances.
7. Project Funding MIS and Dashboards. Loan Approvals and Compliances as required from SPVs.
8. Responsible for managing and successful completion of Audit Norms as required. Coordinate with Project Development, Land Acquisition, Infra and Finance teams post Loan disbursement. Prepare Reports and sanction departmental approvals
Desired Experience and Skills/Behaviors:

1. MBA Finance /CA
2. Adept in Financial Models
3. Strong Financial Understanding, Ethical and Compliant in business dealings.
4. Ability to manage relationship with Banks and FIs.
5. Audit exposure – Financial Due Diligence and Fund Management. Market Intelligence.
