Key Responsibilities:

The Store Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end store and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient material movement, and operational excellence. This role requires strong analytical skills, coordination with cross-functional teams, and hands-on experience with ERP/SAP systems.
Inventory Planning & Control
  • Develop and implement daily/weekly/monthly data-driven inventory liquidation plans in coordination with Marketing and Category teams to meet dispatch and inventory targets.
  • Prepare periodic inventory reports and conduct detailed analysis to support decision-making.
  • Conduct and monitor daily cycle counts, stock accuracy checks, and fill-rate performance.
  • Manage UD reports, write-offs, non-moving inventory, shrinkage, and in-house theft control.
  • Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including storage, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and departmental inventory management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly stock reconciliation.
  • Handle customer complaints related to warehouse and inventory such as damage, shortages, incorrect supply, expiry issues, and quality concerns.
  • Generate and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs) and Work Orders (WOs).
  • Verify and process vendor bills for materials and labour.
  • Maintain complete control over material movement from receipt to dispatch, including daily analysis of in-house and outsourced rejections.
  • Ensure proper store housekeeping, material traceability, and daily stock updating through physical and digital systems.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports for the Unit Head and highlight any discrepancies.
  • Execute shrinkage control measures, conduct investigations, and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other support teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Conduct route surveys, inspect incoming materials, oversee material setup, and manage scrap handling and organized storage practices.
  • Maintain log sheets for all transport vehicles, track movement, and arrange vehicle requirements as per operational needs.
  • Monitor dispatch schedules to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Working knowledge and hands-on experience in ERP/SAP for inventory management, billing, stock updates, and reporting.

Qualification and Educational Requirements:
  • Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field.
Experience:
  • 4-6 years of experience in store/warehouse operations (industry-specific experience preferred).
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and team handling skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to identify discrepancies quickly and take corrective actions.
  • Strong sense of accountability and process ownership.
