Structural Engineer – Site – Kamloops BC – Vancouver BC

TRS Staffing is very excited to be working with a highly respected engineering consulting company on various growth-related positions. Our client has offices in Canada and the United States and they work within Energy, Mining, and Industrial Sectors. There are multiple positions and they are permanent staff roles based in the work locations of Kamloops and Vancouver, BC.

Key Details

• Degree in Civil/Structural engineering from an accredited university
• P.Eng designation or eligible to obtain
• Experience level: Minimum 5 years
• Design and engineering calculations, technical design, computer design analysis, layouts..
• Experience with Structural Design Software
• Experience with Structural Steel and Concrete design
• Experience with building design
• Experience with relevant NBCC and CSA codes
• Ideally you have some experience with AutoCAD
• Ideally you have site experience and can fulfil physical requirements to be actively involved in site inspections and walk downs
• Good communication skills
• Ability to travel between Kamloops and Vancouver
