JOB TITLE: Team Leader - FCO

EXPERIENCE RANGE: 20 -35 years

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: B.E./B.Tech – Civil Engineering.

NATURE OF EXPERIENCE:

1.Strong people management skills to inspire, lead, mentor and motivate the team
2.An influencer of Urban Planning, Transportation or Resilience development and accessibility.
3.Experience working with government institutions and/or national or regional stakeholders to enhance Urban Planning, Transportation or Resilience accessibility
4.Exceptional leadership of teams in the public or private sector, of comparable size and complexity.
5.Experience working on international-donor funded projects a considerable advantage.
6.Substantial expertise and experience in urban development at central and state levels. It will also include expertise and experience in Indian central and state government departments on building capacity

RESPONSIBILITIES :

1.Leads the preparation of strategic plans, technical and operational work planning, budgets, staffing, and performance management.
2.Oversees and implements plans for results-based measurement, monitoring and evaluation, knowledge management, value for money and effective reporting / communication,
3.Encourages consultation in the development of plans, budgets and expectations with the client, government agencies, stakeholders and business partners
