We are Looking for an experiences Technical Architect, based in Farnborough. Working for a globally leading EPC, outside IR35.
Responsibilities
- Works under the direct supervision of the Lead Architect.
- Experience in Industrial and Life Science Projects, especially in German construction market, will be advantageous
- Proven ability to work autonomously and lead technical design from detailed design to construction
- Strong technical design and detailing ability, excellent communication and coordination skills, and a practical problem-solving approach.
- Knowledgeable in materials technology, building techniques, building codes and regulations.
- Working knowledge in preparing scope of works, design reports and technical specifications
- Coordinates and resolves design issues with other design disciplines and consultants
- Working knowledge of BIM software – Revit and Navisworks.
- A quality-conscious and team-oriented approach is essential to succeed in this role.
- Relevant qualifications preferred but not mandatory
- Relevant experience is required.
