The role will see you be is responsible to prepare technical tender documentation, coordinate and lead negotiations for technical matters and clarification with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience
- Preparation, evaluation, and negotiation of technical contracts including the annexes for wind offshore projects worldwide.
- Act as the technical lead during the negotiations for the technical-contractual terms of the agreements
- Act as a link between different departments to ensure that their input is considered in the contracts.
- Technical contract review, amendment, and termination management as well as capturing lessons learned and implementation
- Interface between engineering, procurement, construction, and project members to clarify technical-contractual questions arising during tender phases
- Evaluate offers; Identify and evaluate deviations and ensure that technical concessions made during negotiations are in line with company policies and standards
- Drafting, managing, and tracking of technical contracts (especially of Offshore wind farms)
- Relevant comprehensive experience in the design, construction, and operations of Offshore wind farm components
- Experience in Marine & Logistics (optional)
- 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, Contract and/or Requirements Management
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
