Salary rate: $160 000/year.
Responsibilities:
- Organize necessary training for new hires in collaboration with the HSSE team.
- Handle Training Enquiry and Approval Forms from site leads.
- Coordinate on-site orientations for new hires.
- Plan and execute training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Monitor and report on training participation, feedback, and effectiveness.
- Process paperwork for non-accredited training and upload to the Learning Management System.
- Oversee leadership booking arrangements.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored programs.
- Input new employee information into Record Management Systems.
- Assess and enhance training programs based on participant feedback and performance outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Experienced Training Lead with a track record in roles such as Training Coordinator
- Organized multitasker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented professional committed to delivering high-quality training programs.
- Capable of working independently or collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Accurate data entry skills and proficiency in using Record Management Systems.
- Comprehensive understanding of qualification frameworks and training requirements in the Resources, Oil and Gas, and Construction Industries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
