We are looking for an Underground CSA Packages of Work Manger to join our Client on an exciting pharmaceutical plant expansion project. This is a contract role which will require five days a week onsite based in Hillerød, Denmark.
Duty's May Include:
The Work Package Owner (WPO) is primarily responsible for managing the delivery of one or more Work Packages.
The Work Packages could comprise Civil, Structural or Architectural works or a combination of these disciplines.
His or her responsibilities include the following.
- Managing the Contractor(s) to deliver their assigned scope(s) of work.
- Work with the Engineering Contractor to ensure that design information is available to support construction.
- Work with and support the Construction Management team.
- Work with the Contracts Management team to manage Contractor accounts.
- Work with the Client Team.
- Manage safety, quality, cost and schedule for the assigned packages.
- Manage interfaces with other trades and disciplines.
- Resolve or manage the resolution of design information including Contractor Requests for Information and Submittals
- Develop execution plans and schedules.
- Lead weekly meetings with contractors.
Successful Candidates Will Have:
- Experience as an underground CSA works package manager
- Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in engineering field of study and twelve (10) years* of work-related experience; a recognized professional certification or registration in the applicable field; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience within a management capacity
- Experience with Advanced Work Packaging as Lead or Manager
- European Passport Preferred (not essential)
- Ability to relocate to Denmark for the duration of the contract
