Warehouse Manager

TRS Staffing have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our UAE hub and oversee a small local team.

You will ensure smooth receipt, storage, dispatch, and returns of products while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and safety across the regional network.

This role involves regular travel within the GCC (20–30%) to audit and standardize processes at satellite distribution centres. You will also act as the key liaison with logistics partners in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all warehouse operations: receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Ensure strict quality control for high-value products, including safe handling of sharp items.
• Maintain 99.8%+ inventory accuracy across multiple sites.
• Travel within GCC to train teams and standardize processes.
• Lead and motivate a small UAE-based team, enforcing health & safety standards.
• Collaborate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure seamless fulfilment.

• 5+ years warehouse experience, including 2+ years in management.
• Background in 3PL/shared warehouse environments and e-commerce fulfilment.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, inventory systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with UAE/GCC customs regulations is a plus.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel within GCC.
