Rotating Shifts (7-7)
4 days on 4 days off for 4 cycles on 1st, then switch to 3rd for same
Also, could be 2nd shift only 3pm-11pm, Mon-Fri. Candidate needs to be able to do both.
Job Title: Warehouse Operator
Job Description (Essential Function):
Warehouse Operators may be required to perform a variety of functions
General Job Description:
- Receive product from productions via ABL station
- Unload production from trailers and stored in the whse in a timely manner
- Insure product properly located and accounted for and stored
- Use mobile & fixed position scanners to accurately set up shipments and locating product
- Work overtime as needed
- Insure daily housekeeping is completed, scrubbing and emptying trash
- Insure all inspections are completed and paperwork accounted for.
- Make notification to manufacturing areas of product damaged, bad appearance or blemished that would affect the integrity or quality of the product.
- Inventory management, responsible for accuracy and stacking and house keeping
- Report Equipment issues-lift trucks, ABL station, mobile scanners, fixed position scanner
- Use mobile scanner & fixed position scanners to prepare all shipments and verify shipments being loaded
- Handle and store all product such that will preserve the quality and the appearance
- Communicate any quality issues that would affect the integrity of product being shipped.
- Monitor bale weights at the beginning of each shift by comparing label weight to office scale weight and record results in Orbit
Loading Trucks: The operator will be responsible for loading and unloading any or all trucks that arrive at the warehouse docks by means of Powered Industrial Vehicle Fork Lift)
