Our Partner, one of the world’s largest petrochemical manufactures and a leading supplier of thermoplastics, is in need of a Data Processing Analyst.

Data Processing Analyst
Job Purpose:
The primary responsibility will be to support in consolidating and processing functional competency data to enable different talent activities.
DUTIES
• Collect materials needed to complete work assignments from stakeholders
• Compare data with source documents and compile, sort, and merge data from multiple excel documents.
• Verify the accuracy of compile data with source documents and detect and rectify errors.
• Create upload documents using defined template and upload in HRIS.
• Store completed documents in appropriate locations.
• Using computers and computer systems to enter data, or process information. Enter information into databases or software programs.
REUIREMENTS
• Tech savvy
• HRIS/ERP software familiarity (SAP-SuccessFactors is a plus)
• Data processing software — Excel (Required – Intermediate Level)
• English Language – Written and verbal communication – Dutch is not required
• Administrative — Ability to process complex data, managing files and records & designing forms
• Education level – vocational or bachelor with strong administrative affinity
