Document and Data Technician
We are currently seeking an experienced Document Control Technician for a long-term contract assignment within our client's team of experienced professionals. Based in Lebanon, IN.

Job Description
• Keep the document library organized, maintained, and updated
• Review/compile all documents received and issued on the project
• Organize and input information using database software
• Track and expedite vendor documents
• Interact with team members in a close construction environment
• Work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and be able to prioritize

Basic Job Requirements:
• Excellent skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working on a construction and/or EPC project. Provide project technical and administrative support in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include, but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
• Proficient in use of specialized software programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and project related software programs).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, judgment, flexibility, with some latitude for independent judgment requiring the use of organizational, prioritization skills, decision making, analytical and negotiating skills.
• Must be a team player and demonstrate flexibility; must be able to work well both independently and as a member of a project team.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards.
• Plan, organize, and carry out assignments as directed.
• Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality.
• This position will require the candidate to work at the project site location 4 days a week
