The General Manager’s (GM) key responsibilities will include the day-to-day management of the business, including safety, project management, estimating, business development and backlog, field operations, billing and the collection of payments, the shop and equipment maintenance, wet-out, and certain administrative functions.
The GM is responsible for working with the ISG corporate team to solve financial, HR, and operational problems and with the ISG corporate team and sister companies to implement best practices, leverage ISG tools to gain efficiencies, and improve on day-to-day business practices.
