Pay: $18-$20/hr
Job Summary
This position will serve as an assistant to the automation team to collect, input, and analyze data on spare parts.
Major Responsibilities
Manage data in Excel and must be able to take multiple spreadsheets in varying formats and combine into a single given format.
Receive bills of materials from the automation team, input into a spreadsheet and compare against inventories in the warehouse.
If found, any discrepancies will be provided to the procurement department for quote and returned quotes will be used to update the original information
Knowledge/Skill Requirements
Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook (MS products).
Intermediate computer and typing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication as well as listening skills.
Ability to solve problems as they occur on the local level, not allowing the issue to progress further.
Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Exhibits attention to detail, ensuring that errors are caught early in the process and preventing possible delays or incorrect information from being uploaded.
Preferred Experience Requirements
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience working in an office/business setting.
Background in a maintenance or warehouse environment.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent
