Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Organize travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Support planning and execution of offsite events, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Facilitate team meetings by preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and tracking follow-ups.
- Serve as a liaison for internal and external communications, handling inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist in the creation and formatting of presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure seamless scheduling across teams and stakeholders.
- Preform additional tasks as required.
Requirements
- Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PDF tools.
- Flexibility to occasionally support after-hours or weekend commitments when required.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong working relationships across departments.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
- Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
