• Front of house responsibilities including answering the main phone, greeting visitors and receiving packages
• Assist with meeting materials, minute-taking, minute distribution
• Coordinate mail service for Project office
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and printer consumables and assist with ordering and distribution of supplies
• Assist with Document Control with scanning and upload of incoming correspondence and delivery of outgoing correspondence
• Assist with Document Control with archiving, receiving, sending and distributing Project data and documents within the Project group
• Assist with scanning, reproduction and filing of project materials
• Assist with administration tasks as needed
