For our client's project in The Netherlands we are seeking an experienced Area Quality Manager to lead Quality oversight for one of the API Manufacturing Buildings on a major pharmaceutical construction project. The role ensures all construction and installation activities meet GMP, regulatory, and project quality standards.

Responsibilities:
 

• Lead all Quality activities for the API Manufacturing Building
• Implement Quality Plans, ITPs, and GMP requirements
• Oversee inspections, testing, and multidisciplinary construction quality
• Manage NCRs, deviations, punch lists, and Quality reporting
• Ensure complete, audit‑ready Quality documentation and support CQV handover
• Coordinate with client, contractors, and internal teams

Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• 15+ years QA/QC experience in large industrial construction
• Previous Site Quality Manager experience
• Background in M&P, E&I, or CSA disciplines
• Pharma/biotech or GMP facility experience required
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
