Associate Director – Projects

?Your responsibilities will include:

Setting the culture of working practices, empowering the team to take ownership of the relevant discipline deliverables.

Giving guidance and oversight to the team members, advising and collaborating with the Client’s senior management to set strategy, align expectations, and give a clear vision across the project.

Developing a high-performing team that strives for quality, safety, cost and schedule improvements at every opportunity with all delivery partners.

Developing the client’s brief and delivery strategy, leading the design management, procurement and execution of the scheme through the established supply chain partners.

Developing the project management strategy in line with the Mace Way and the client requirements.

Working closely with the client, tenants, sub-consultants and contractors to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

Coordinating and managing multiple stakeholders and demonstrating the ability to build robust, long-term relationships and integrated teams.

Ensuring that the highest standards of health and safety are considered as a priority throughout all stages of the project’s life cycle.

Acting as technical advisor to the project director.
