Shell Moerdijk – AWP and Turnover Engineer
Start Immediate, Approx. 2 years work.

Roles and Responsibilities AWP:
Responsible for setting up the AWP system with client for release of engineering / project deliverables by CWP to construction and from construction to Asset
• Aligning this procedure with project team.
• Development of templates
• Setting up CWP release meetings and agendas
Coordination of CWP releases from both Technip (Engineering ISBL / Furnaces) and Fluor (OSBL) to the Shell construction team.
• Coordination of engineering deliverables into release notices
• Coordination and alignment of project material availability into release notices
• Ensuring CWP releases are in line with project schedules
Development and Coordination of Installation packages with project contractors.
• Setting up installation work packages templates
• Setting up systems and procedures for development of installation work packages in conjunction with construction management and supervisors
• Linking installation packages to commission systems and aligning sequence
• Development of system for identifying and removing constraints for each work package.
• Monitoring work package development against project schedule with coordination of project construction planner

Roles and Responsibilities Turnover:
Assist client in the systemisation of the P&IDs for the project for commissioning / SU
Assist in developing turnover system priorities and to ensure that this is aligned with the construction management team.
Assist in developing the turnover procedure on how walk-downs, punchlisting and handover will occur.
Develop system for tracking system completions: (training may be required if client has specified system or automation tool)
Manage and monitor system completion packages with Construction QA/QC department.
Develop with the Client and construction manager Turnover system schedule, walkdown schedule.
Manage punch listing efforts and punch list clearance.
Integrate fabrication yard deliverables in AWP system
