In this role, the qualified candidate will be responsible for assisting with all day-to-day operations while managing business operations from a satellite office. It also involves developing, planning, and implementing strategies involving the sales and growth of the company.
Job Duties:
• Identify potential new customers, employees, and new businesses while staying up-to-date with industry and market trends
• Develop solutions and educate staff regarding changes to enhance team performance
• Maintain a great business relationship with clients and ensures that products and services are up to company standard.
• Has extensive knowledge of the vertical industry and optimal practices used concerning contractor management HSE and Procurement processes, as well as security issues.
• Promotes and enforces the organization’s Continual Improvement Program to conform to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 requirements by complying with the Quality Policy procedures and meeting QMS and ISMS objectives
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s and/or equivalent work experience
• Must be fluent in both French and English, and have written and verbal skills in a business setting.
• Required to have 4+ years of sales/business development experience and 2+ years experience in a leadership role.
• Skilled at using computer programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and e-mail applications.
