Cable Supply Manager/Expert

We currently seek a Cable Supply Manager/Expert for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer in Hamburg, Germany. This will be working on a OWF development in the Baltic Sea.

This is a 2 year freelance/contract position, starting in February 2021.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience of on and offshore cable design/production/transport/(installation)
• Deep knowledge of submarine cable standards such as IEC, CIGRE, VDE, ICEA
• Very good knowledge of the current state of the art and technical development in the relevant field of activity
• Min. Qualification is a completed university degree in the relevant field of activity;
• Business fluent use of English language in spoken and written form, German preferable;
• Experience in on- or/and offshore cable installation
• Offshore Wind Project experience is preferred
