Key Responsibilities:
- Advance capital projects from concept development to commissioning and handover.
- Develop and manage key project documentation, including:
- Scope of Work (SOWs).
- Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Project execution strategies.
- Prepare investment memos and business cases for executive-level approval.
- Present project proposals and progress updates to the Executive Leadership Team.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards.
- Coordinate across multiple disciplines (Electrical, Civil, SMPP) and stakeholders.
- Maintain strong governance, reporting, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, civil, chemical, or mining engineering.
- Minimum of 8–12 years of engineering and project management experience, including at least 5 years in mining or process plant capital projects.
- Possesses proven experience as a Capital Project Manager within mining and/or mineral processing environments.
- Demonstrates a strong track record of delivering process plant projects from concept through to commissioning.
- Exhibits strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to develop robust business cases to support project decisions.
- Experienced in managing multi‑disciplinary engineering and construction scopes across Electrical, Civil, and SMPP disciplines.
