Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily construction site operations
- Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and progress reports
- Maintain an organized, compliant, and professional job site environment
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain productivity and adherence to project timelines
- Oversee project closeout activities, including punch lists and final documentation
- Enforce job site safety standards and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies
- Track project progress, quality of work, and subcontractor performance
- Monitor and update project schedules, identifying risks and implementing solutions
- Oversee material procurement, deliveries, and inspection scheduling
- Preform additional duties as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of field experience in industrial or large-scale commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project execution processes
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with standard business and project management software tools
- Valid driver’s license and ability to perform physical site duties
- Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, coordinate teams, and resolve on-site challenges
- Effective communication skills with the ability to engage clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as needed
