CCMS Coordinator

The South Flank Project is being executed by a fully Integrated Project Team (IPT), jointly established by BHP and Fluor, consisting of employees from both organisations as well as other contracting organisations as applicable. Reporting to the Commissioning Lead - NPI, the Completions and Handover Coordinator provides support to the completions process for the MMVE and NPI areas, including assistance with various tasks on the Continuum Edge software program, project procedures and workflows. The position also supports to and can provide coverage for the Commissioning CCMS Lead.

The project has an exciting opportunity for a CCMS Coordinator to join the project team on site, on a 15:6 day roster.

Position specific responsibilities and requirements:

Coordination of the CCMS program.
Allocation of ITRs during system build.
Attending and planning walk downs.
Scheduling of CCMS program.

Position required competencies and skills:

Experience in a similar role.
Major project experience required.

Position desired experience, competencies and qualifications:

Experience in previous a role.
Experience using HEXAGON / SMART COMPLETIONS program desired.
