Chief Revenue Officer
We are currently seeking a high-caliber CRO for a long-term basis within our client’s team of experienced professionals. Based in remotely with travel to Arizona as required.

A stealth-mode, venture-backed smart infrastructure company redefining how energy is generated, distributed, and monetized. The mission: create the “Android for onsite power systems” - an open, OEM-agnostic platform that transforms microgrids into networked, dispatchable power assets. At the core is the Unified Operating System (UOS), a proprietary orchestration layer enabling distributed energy systems to function as a global, software-defined power network. It’s a category-defining platform.

The Fractional Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) or Controller, will bring senior-level leadership across revenue strategy or financial operations. This individual will work closely with company leadership to drive funding strategies, optimize performance, and implement scalable systems. This is a high-impact role ideal for an executive who thrives in advisory or fractional environments.

This is a founding executive seat with equity upside. The right individual will drive direct impact on global energy infrastructure transformation. An opportunity to define technical standards for onsite power worldwide.


Job Requirements
  • Develop and execute revenue growth strategies across sales, partnerships, and go-to-market channels
  • Evaluate current processes and implement scalable systems and KPIs
  • Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies
  • Support pipeline development, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Mentor internal team members and elevate overall commercial strategy
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Partner with leadership on strategic financial decision-making
  • Drive early-stage funding strategies

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in senior-level revenue leadership or accounting/finance leadership
  • Strong ability to assess business needs quickly and deliver actionable solutions
  • Experience building or optimizing scalable systems and processes
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders
