Our client, a reputable engineering, surveying and mapping company with locations across Western Canada is currently recruiting for an Intermediate Civil Engineer to join their team in Kitimat, BC. This is a full-time permanent position.

In this very exciting role, the qualified candidate will have the chance to work on diverse projects ranging from residential to industrial sized. Some duties include providing design details, as well as engineering drawings that are specific to the various projects assigned. This candidate will be responsible to coordinate documents required for approvals, construction estimating, and tender.

Qualifications:

• Experience using Civil 3D and/or other technical software
• Experienced in completing field inspections to monitor quality and progress
• Degree in Civil Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in a consulting engineering environment would be considered an asset.
