Qualification: B.E/B. Tech in civil engineering

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure proper concrete pouring, curing, rebar placement, and all structural elements meet the stringent requirements for turbine support.
- Directly supervise and manage the construction of wind turbine foundations, ensuring precise execution as per technical specifications, quality control plans, and concrete mix designs.
- Manage the construction and maintenance of access roads, specifically focusing on the requirement for heavy haulage of wind turbine components.
- Prepare and present accurate civil work progress updates, identify potential delays, and propose solutions to the Project Manager.
- Oversee and manage site surveys and detailed geotechnical investigation for wind farm development.
- Supervise and manage extensive earthwork activities including cut & fill operation, excavation for large foundations, backfilling, and compaction, ensuring strict adherence to design and quality standards.
- Required Qualifications
- Education: B. Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience (5-6 years in site execution and project management).
- Erection of WTG is plus.
- Experience
- 4-6 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 4 years in the wind industry, including large-scale solar projects.
- Proven track record of managing civil execution on Wind power plants.
