POSITION DESCRIPTION

The selected candidate will work on commercial and residential land development projects. The ideal candidate will be an PE or EIT with 3+ years of experience in civil site design. Project management involving the development of design plans, specifications, utility relocation coordination, construction administration, feasibility reports,

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• The selected candidate will work on commercial and residential land development projects.
• Project management involving the development of design plans, specifications, utility relocation coordination, construction administration, feasibility reports.
• Development and coordination of design plans, specifications, cost estimating, and construction support.
• Attend client meetings and meet with agencies
• Develop project proposals, budgets, scopes, and manage execution/tracking of projects
• Provide guidance/mentoring to junior staff
• Develop client relationships and provide status updates on projects

KEY ATTRIBUTES

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of project teams.
• Ability to balance multiple assignment and activities to meet project deadlines.
• Ability to see projects through from initiation to completion.

• Land/Site development design & project management experience
• Local design and permitting experience
• Experience working on residential, commercial, mixed-use, multi-family, and Industrial projects

QUALIFICATIONS

• EIT certification or PE license required
• BS in Civil, Construction, or Environmental Engineering
• 3+ years of experience
• Good communication skills required
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
