We are looking for your expertise as a Commercial Manager is responsible for the commercial performance of marine infrastructure and dredging projects. To maximize project profitability and ensure commercial compliance while supporting operational teams in delivering high-quality marine and dredging works. This role is based in based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
- Analyze financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Develop procurement strategies for marine equipment, vessels, and materials.
- Oversee tendering processes and evaluate supplier bids.
- Act as the commercial point of contact for clients and partners.
- Support business development by identifying new opportunities and preparing bids.
- Lead a team of quantity surveyors, contract administrators, and commercial analysts.
- Provide commercial input to project managers and senior leadership.
- Bachelor of Engineering in Dredging, civil, mechanical or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 years of experience including experience in dredging, marine construction, or offshore projects, and familiarity with international organizations.
- Experience with International Location, on Tenders, Project / Budget Controls and Claims.
