Key Responsibilities:
- Leader in Safety within Group- Communicate and participate in Client’s Safety Guidelines and Programs, STOP Program, SWP, LSAs, perform observations & audits.
- Provide construction input into the execution and planning of offshore and subsea projects to Houston and Local Engineering following EMCAPS Guideline Models.
- Participate / Lead Safety Seminars during site visits.
- Develop Construction Plans, work packs, cost and schedule estimates for projects / work activities.
- Define the resources, schedules and plans required to implement construction projects.
- Ensure Projects are planned and implemented to the latest Specifications & GP’s—Understand Quality and it’s role in planning projects.
Qualification and Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science or higher/ 5 years plus construction advisor experience or equivalent.
- Experience in specific construction and/or project execution 15 years+
- Overall construction experience in oil and gas production and handling facilities 10 years +
- Project/construction experience in various remote locations, West Africa
- FPSO, FPU, Production Platforms, Onshore Support Facilities- preferred Brownfield retrofit project experience 2 years +
- Proficient in Offshore construction activities associated with structural, piping, pressure vessels, I/E, fabrication, installation, hook-up and commissioning experience 5 years +
- Experience with Excel, Word, MS Project, Power Point
- BOSIET
- Valid Offshore Medical
- Fluent written and spoken English.
