Construction Engineer V - Paving

MUST HAVE HIGHWAY ROAD, TOLLS AND BRIDGE EXPERIENCE

• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in engineering field of study and eight (8) years of work-related experience; a recognized certification or registration in the applicable field, if required.
• Must have thorough knowledge in the operations of concrete paving placement means/methods for hand and machine placed concrete.
• General working knowledge utilizing both string and stringless paving applications including use of models and survey infrastructure.
• Working knowledge required in the application of tracked paving equipment including pavers, placers, texture/cure machines, and typical support tools.
• General knowledge of concrete plants, mix designs, materials, and placement techniques.
• TxDOT experienced preferred
• Construction Management degree or global equivalent
• Ability to speak/read multiple languages
