"TRS is urgently looking for Four (4) onshore experienced Construction Method Engineers with vast construction Method Engineering oriented, focused on analysis and preparation of procedures / executed operations and FPSO experience within the Oil and Gas industry to join our International Client's ALNG2 Projects based in Russia."
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Merit of interfacing with cross-functional departments for ascertaining engineering deliverable as per plan schedule.
• Well verse with engineering design process & quality management system (QMS) “ISO 9001-2015” & “API Spec Q1”.
• Successfully streamlining & developing standard procedures.
• Expertise in administering structure discipline entailing deliverables planning, pre-bid & detailed engineering, documentation, customer service (site query resolution, production friendly, customer satisfaction).
• Excellent in optimization of designs, by providing quality, simple & economic solutions.
• Expertise in administering production engineering entailing shop drawings, nesting plans, profile cutting plans and weld maps, repair plans.
• Excellent in preparation of construction methodologies & cranes requirements for bid projects, considering the resources of yard – which helps commercial in estimating the tenders.
• Lead the design into incident free construction, installation, operation and maintenance.
• Skills in problem-solving coupled with decision-making for enabling effective solutions leading to high customer satisfaction and low operational costs.
• Contributed in naval arch discipline by preparation of vessels/rigs mooring plans.
QUALFIICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Accredited 4 years Degreed qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
• Three (3) plus year’s recent proven work related experience within Oil & Gas Industry.
• Needs to be methods oriented.
• Focused on analysis and preparation of procedures / executed operations.
• Have FPSO experience.
• International experience in Africa, Brazil is a plus.
• Experience with Total, SHELL, Saipem, SONANGOL, BP is a plus.
