JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Follow daily instructions given by Foreman in accordance with safety standards.
- Ensure the work is carried out accordingly to quality standards.
- Perform any lift following banksman signs and instructions.
- Verify the vehicle daily check list.
- Verify the vehicle is in good operating conditions and report any anomalies to Foreman.
- Ensure coordination with the adjacent works to minimize coactivates and avoid unsafe conditions.
- Ensure the housekeeping of the work location.
- Ensure the maximum attention is paid in order not to arrecate any harm or damages with the use of his vehicle.
- Follow the permit-to-work statement.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Accredited Tertiary qualification.
- Minimum 8 years Crane Operating at a Senior Level experience.
- Must have long term experience as a Crane Operator from other yards projects.
- Must have experience mainly in operating crawler cranes and that our biggest crawler crane in Guyana is a 400-ton Manitowoc.
- Stage 3 Certificate
- Holding a IMCA Crane opt. Logbook (or equivalent)
