Customer Service Representative – Manufacturing

TRS Staffing is seeking a highly successful Customer Service Representative for our global manufacturing client. With operations in Canada, the United States, Mexico, and Korea, our privately owned client is looking for a strong Customer Service Representative to join their Calgary-based team. This is a permanent full-time positive.

Key Details

• Solid experience working as a Customer Service Representative
• Post-secondary education is preferred or a documented history of successful work experience
• Ideally, you have worked in a manufacturing environment – our client develops products that are utilized in diverse industries such as Food and Beverage and Pharmaceutical.
• Strong communication skills as this is a client-facing position
• Strong experience with MS Office and MS suite of products
• Ability to manage a project from conception to completion
• Attention to detail and ability to compile strong and accurate business records and reports
• Valid Drivers License
