TRS Middle East is recruiting for a Cyber Security Specialist for a leading Refinery in Saudi Arabia.

This position is only local Nationals due to Saudization requirements.

Duties & Responsibility:
• Accountable for Cybersecurity Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) systems and activities, including the development, maintenance, support and improvement of Cybersecurity policies, processes, and procedures.
• Reporting on the Cybersecurity Governance, Risk and Compliance activities to the CISO.
• Managing and monitoring the GRC systems and providing support to the users of the systems as and when required.
• Conducting Cybersecurity Risk Management, including Risk Assessments of the companies ICT assets and services, and working with the Risk Owners to mitigate the Risks through appropriate Cybersecurity Controls.
• Developing, maintaining and regularly updating a Cybersecurity Risk Register.
• Performing Compliance Management for companies Policies, Procedures, applicable Regulations (MoE, NCA and HCIS) as well as Standards, and Audits.
• Operating a Cybersecurity Awareness Program consisting of Cybersecurity related training and awareness sessions, Phishing awareness and Tests and Cybersecurity Announcements etc.
• Ensure distribution of knowledge within the GRC team through coaching and training, contributing to the technical robustness of the Cybersecurity GRC team.
• Provision of OT / PCS and Industrial Security related Cybersecurity Risk & Vulnerability Support

Job Specific Skills
• Awareness of IT GRC / Cybersecurity trends and techniques.
• Strong ability to identify Cybersecurity related Risks and their corresponding mitigation controls.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work successfully in both individual and team settings.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, logic, and forensics skills.
• Demonstrated capacity to learn, intellectual honesty and independent thinking.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
