Data Validation Clerk

TRS Staffing Solutions has a three-week short-term opportunity for Data Validation Clerks to work for a large global firm of designers, engineers, planners, and consultants in their Toronto office. This is a hybrid role with flexible work schedule.

As a global initiative, our client is in the process of testing the validity of a new digital tool that they can use to upload and export CVs and resumes. In this role, you would be helping the company to ensure that data has been uploaded accurately and can be exported correctly using their new digital CV tool. This is the perfect opportunity to get hands-on work experience and expand your network in a large multi-national company that has amazing work environment and very friendly company culture.

Responsibilities:
• Report to the Knowledge Manager, complete all assigned data validation tasks to meet tight deadline
• Check the CVs that are uploaded to the new digital tool to make sure data and information are uploaded accurately
• Export CVs from the new tool and validate the data and information to ensure CVs can be exported correctly

Qualifications:
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and independently
• Strong work ethic
