- Clean room/Pharma experience is must. Should have design and engineering experience of cleanroom air conditioning systems to Class 10, 100, 1000 or ISO 4, 5, or 6 standards. Semiconductor projects experience will also be preferred.
- Knowledge and hands-on working experience of following:
- Cleanroom Mechanical Systems including Fan Filter Units (FFUs) with HEPA/ ULPA filtration.
- Experience in Revit, BIM360, SP3D, Navisworks, PDMS, MicroStation, AutoCAD 3D and 2D
- Model Walkthrough, Model review tag closure
- HVAC layout Drawings, material take-off, Air Flow Diagrams, Ducting and Instrumentation Diagrams, Ducting layout drawings and drawing extraction work.
- Space Management Considerations and space allocation
- Suppliers Submittal Review and Approval

- Should have good communication skills necessary to interface with team members.
